LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– A Lexington County deputy has been charged with third-degree domestic violence, according to a Lexington Police Department incident report.
Town of Lexington police officers arrested 47-year-old Charles Freeman, early Monday morning at a home in the 400 block of Ivy Green Lane.
Freeman has been placed on paid administrative leave by Lexington County Sheriff’s Department Sheriff Jay Koon.

During the struggle, the victim received a cut to her right arm but declined medical attention by EMS.
