NC Teen Accused of Killing Mother

Franklin , NC (WOLO) — A North Carolina teen is accused of brutally attacking and killing his mother. According to authorities the 18 year old decapitated his mother before walking out of the house with her head in one hand and what appeared to be a butcher knife in the other.

Inside the home, Franklin Deputies say they found the body of 35 year old Yesenia Funesz Batriz Machato.

Deputies say two younger siblings were also inside at the time of the incident but were unharmed.
