Prosecutors Accuse Husband and Wife of Conspiring to Traffic Minors for Sex

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) – Federal prosecutors have accused a man of conspiring with his wife and mother to traffic three minors for sex in South Carolina to help him make bail.

The U.S. Department of Justice says 22-year-old Zerrell Fuentes, his 24-year-old wife, Brianna, and 53-year-old mother Tanya Fuentes are facing multiple charges. At the time Zerrell Fuentes was in the Mecklenburg County jail in North Carolina for a federal firearms violation.
