National Day of Prayer

Columbia, SC. (WOLO) — Dozens here in the Midlands lifted their hands and hearts for the National Day of prayer.

Crowds gathered on the State House grounds for the event that is observed each year on the first Thursday of May.

Residents from all walks of life, and various faiths joined together to pray for the Nation.
