Meet Mac, Gov. Henry McMaster’s New Bulldog Puppy
COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)- South Carolina officially has a new first dog!
In a video posted on the governor’s Facebook page, Henry McMaster and his wife Peggy introduced us to their new bulldog puppy named Mac.
“He’s filling the big hole in our heart that was left by our wonderful English bull Boots, who passed away not too long ago,” McMaster said in the video. “Little Mac is 11 weeks old, and he is a great little pup.”
The puppy is named after Peggy’s dad.
“That’s little Mac right there, the prettiest little dog in the whole wide world,” McMaster said in the video as he played with the newest addition to the McMaster family.
