Argument leads to fatal shooting, suspect in custody
KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – A 41-year-old man is behind bars charged in the shooting death of man Tuesday afternoon.
Kenneth Rainer called 911 after shooting the victim multiple times in the upper body at a home in Elgin following an argument, deputies say.

Kershaw County Sheriff Jim Matthews says Rainer had previously been arrested for battery and burglary in Florida in 1997.
