Gator Forced to Chug Beer

Beaufort, SC. (WOLO) — Two men are facing charges after police say the duo forced an alligator to chug at least one can of beer before posting it on the social media site SnapChat .

Authorities say the suspects posted the pictures generating multiple calls and emails to polcie who tracked the two men to Jasper County.

According to Investigators, Joseph Floyd Junior and Zachary Brown said they found the gator as it was crossing the road. After the alleged incident the men say they released the gator back into a nearby pond where it swam away.

The two men both face harassment charges.
