Prisma Health Richland Hospital welcomes first baby of the New Year

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)–  Congratulations to the Nelems family of Columbia.

Officials with Prisma Health say Wells Conner Nelems was the first baby born at its hospital in the New Year.

Dad is an emergency medicine resident physician who happened to be at work when mom went into labor.
