Man Sentenced in 2015 Murder

Lexington Co., S.C. (WOLO)– A Lexington County man was sentenced Thursday after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter.
According to the solicitor’s office, James Elledge was sentenced to 25 years in prison in connection with the death of Madison Leavitt.
Prosecutors say in November of 2015 fired an AK 47 assault rifle at Leavitt’s car as she drove away resulting in her death.
