Share Food at the Fair

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Saturday from 9am to 1pm bring in canned good donations to the SC State Fairgrounds and walk away with a ticket to the SC State Fair.

Harvest Hope is pleased to announce that USC Athletics Director Ray Tanner and members of the Athletics Department will be on hand to help with collecting donations at Share at the Fair on Saturday, August 24 at the SC State Fair grounds. 

The South Carolina State Fair is proud to partner with Harvest Hope Food Bank to present Share at the Fair, a community event to help feed struggling families across 20 SC counties.

This will be the kick-off year for Share at the Fair, a one day, drive-through event held at the SC State Fair Grounds on Saturday, August 24 from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm.

 The SC State Fair will offer one FREE admission ticket for the Fair per car for those donating five or more cans (or $5 or more). The tickets will be good for entrance to the SC State Fair any day during the State Fair 2013 which runs from October 9-20. The SC State Fair is also matching the day’s donations up to $25,000.
