Mother of Missing Baby Arrested

Myrtle Beach, SC (WOLO) — The mother of an 11 month old that police say has not been seen since July is now in police custody.

According to Myrtle Beach Police, the baby’s mother was detained in Columbia and transported back to Myrtle Beach Friday afternoon. Authorities say a warrant was served on the home last night as they continue to investigate the case.

Officials say they do suspect foul play in the case, but have not release the identity of the mother, baby or possible charges at this time.
