COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) – City of Columbia water customers can expect to see an increase on their bills next month.

Starting in October, Columbia Water’s annual seasonal sewer discount will end for the year.

For seven months of service each year Columbia Water places a limit on the amount of water use that’s charged to residential sewer bills.

The utility aims to limit charges for users who water yards during hotter months.
