Prisma Health Cancer Institute opens new radiation oncology location

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Prisma Health Cancer Institute of the Midlands opened a new radiation oncology location in Columbia Thursday.

Doctors and hospital officials were on hand for the official ribbon cutting.

Officials say this is the next step in the Cancer Institute’s mission to provide comprehensive, patient care close to home.

Prisma Health’s Cancer Institute has 12 cancer clinic sites across South Carolina.
