Jogger Struck and Killed Identified

(WOLO) RICHLAND COUNTY,S.C., —

Richland County Coroner, Gary Watts say the man who was killed by a passing motorist Friday night along Longtown Road is 20 year old Darius Brown.

Officials say brown was running in the roadway when he was struck by the mirror on a passing car authorities say knocked him into the path of another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction.

Watts says Brown, who was in town visiting family died as a result of injuries sustained in the collision.

South Carolina Highway Patrol continues investigating this incident.
