RCSD: Man convicted of deadly collision after fleeing released on bond after fleeing again

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies say a man is out on bond after being accused a second time of attempting to run from authorities.
According to Richland County Sheriff’s Office, last Thursday deputies tried to stop Jacobi Green on South Highland Forest Drive when he sped off and nearly hit another car before eventually crashing.
He was released on a $2500 bond about ten hours later.
In 2022, Green pleaded guilty and was convicted of a previous hit-and-run involving a death.
