At halftime of the Carolina-Texas Tech game Saturday, Whit Dempsey Watson crawled his way to a college scholarship, winning USC’s Baby Crawl competition at Colonial Life Arena. State Treasurer Curtis Loftis presented Watson’s family with a $529 scholarship.
