FDA shuts down distribution center after rodent infestation discovered

Columbia, SC (WOLO) — Check your fridge and pantries folks! The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is issuing a warning not to eat, serve or sell any products distributed by Pan African Foods Distributors.

That recall including various items spanning everything from baby formula to flour. The FDA says they discovered an active rodent infestation that included animal droppings located on more than 30 product containers inside of it’s Kentucky distribution center.

If you have any of these products you’re urged to discard them and sanitize any areas the items may have come into contact with.

A list of some of the impacted items are listed below. The FDA says their inspection is ongoing and they will update the list of affected items as needed.
