Tuesday Headlines: The South Carolina Department Of Public Safety announced they will be conducting a full-scale hurricane evacuation tomorrow; Will not interfere with the flow of regular traffic & SC Lieutenant Governor Pamela Evette announced the Zero Tolerance Litter Campaign for the month of June; People caught littering will face fines and possible jail time.
