City of Cayce announces major economic and community development project
Cayce, S.C. (WOLO) – Wednesday (3/7) at 10:30 a.m. the City of Cayce is set to break ground on a major Community/Economic Development project.
Cayce is partnering with Lambert Architecture + Construction Services to unveil details of the project at an industrial site within city limits. The unveiling is set to take place at 2350 Foreman Street in Cayce.
In addition, this revitalization project will also serve as an anchor for future hospitality developments and will bring new jobs to the area. This project will ultimately serve as one of the largest of its kind in the Midlands and the region. It will function as a full-service venue for businesses, community members, planned gatherings, festivals and other social events.
Scott Lambert, with Lambert Architecture + Construction Services stated, “We hope to see that this will serve as a destination point for visitors year round. We are thrilled to be a part of the local economic development and revitalization in the City of Cayce.”
