SC Trooper LaBounty in stable condition after traffic stop collision

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The Department of Public Safety says Master Trooper Wayne LaBounty is in stable condition after a successful surgery.

LaBounty was hit by a car during a traffic stop in Lexington on Tuesday, Sept. 9.

Serve & Connect has set up a fundraiser to raise $10,000 that will go towards his family.
