COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) – The Richland Renaissance project has been put on hold.
Councilman Seth Rose says the council voted Thursday (5/25) to freeze funds for the project that would turn most of Columbia Place Mall into Richland County offices.
The project’s architect, former county administrator Gerald Seals, was fired by the council earlier this month.
