Orangeburg Co. Coroner identifies man, infant killed in Tuesday shooting

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Orangeburg County Coroner’s Office has identified a man and an infant killed in a shooting on Tuesday, Jan 13.

The coroner says 6-month-old Marco Frazier Jr. died at the hospital, and 25-year-old Damon Rice died at the scene of the shooting in the 400 block of Gibson Street.
