Rep. Joe Wilson unveils ’26 agenda
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Congressman Joe Wilson who held a press conference at his office in West Columbia Friday, Jan. 16, laying out his agenda for 2026.
Wilson says his top goals for South Carolina include job creation, and protecting our state’s “right to work” laws.
He also adds that he will promote conservative solutions such as advocating for local school rule to empower parents, rein in overreach of the federal courts, and protecting the Second Amendment.
On a national level, Wilson says he will work to support President Trump’s efforts to achieve energy independence, reduce government spending, and deter war with peace through strength.
