Tuesday Headlines: Richland County Deputies say they’ve arrested 23 y/o Rasheed Hawkins in connection to a homicide that took place on Sunday & SC State Officials have announced new procedures to access the school, saying students must use gate 4 to enter or leave the campus and must present a valid university I.D upon request.
