Monday Headlines: SC Law Enforcement Officials say they will now be issuing citations this Saturday for the Hands Free And Distracted Driving Law. The first offense will be a $100 fine and each additional violation, within a 3 year span, will be a $200 dollar fine and 2 points on your drivers license.
