Mace introduces bill allowing federal death penalty for child sex crimes

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Thursday, Feb. 26, Representative Nancy Mace posted on social media to introduce the “Death Penalty for Child Rapists Act.”

This bill would authorize capital punishment for individuals convicted of aggravated sexual abuse of child, abusive sexual contact offenses against a child, and the rape of a child under the uniform code of military justice.

This comes after the fallout of the botched release of the Epstein files and builds on Mace’s relentless work to hold predators accountable.
