Southwest Airlines tweaks boarding process

(CNN)– Southwest Airlines says it’s addressing concerns about its new boarding process.

Some passengers say it’s hard to find bin space given new baggage fees and assigned seats.

In an email to customers Southwest says it’s revamping the boarding process for traffic flow.

It’s also upgrading to larger storage, and offering labeled bins to customers who pay extra.

The airline says it’s open to future tweaks but says its new business model is going well overall.
