Starbucks revamps rewards program

(CNN)– Starbucks just revamped its rewards program.

Tuesday, March 10, 2026, the company unveiled a new tier system for customers.

The three new levels are: green, gold and reserve.

The coffee chain says each tier has special perks including free birthday treats up to a free personalized reserve card, among other bonuses.

Starbucks says it believes the revamp will give customers better value.

Customers will be notified of their tier status through email and the Starbucks app.
