Mid-Carolina, Ben Lippen Thursday Night Winners

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Two local high school football teams can kick back and relax on this Friday night after taking care of business Thursday night. Mid-Carolina scored three 4th quarter touchdowns to break open a close game at Memorial Stadium against Dreher. The Rebels kept the Blue Devils from getting two straight wins after breaking a 12-game losing streak with a win against Eau Claire last week. Ben Lippen took its SCISA game on the road and brought home a 49-34 win against C.A. Johnson. The Falcons jumped out to a 21-0 lead in the first quarter and cruised to the win in their first ever trip to Bolden Stadium.
