SC AG warns against Cychlorphine

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– SC Attorney General Alan Wilson is issuing a warning about a new synthetic drug.

Wilson says the synthetic opioid known as Cychlorphine was recently identified in South Carolina.

According to the attorney general, even trace amounts of Cychlorphine can result in overdose or death, and its evolving chemical composition makes it harder for traditional detection methods to identify.
