Kershaw Co. coroner identifies person dead after Sunday collision
KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Kershaw County Coroner David West has identified someone who died after a motor-vehicle incident on Sunday morning, says the coroner’s office.
According to the coroner’s office, 911 received a call around 10:57 a.m. about a motor-vehicle accident on Hwy 34 and South Gate Drive in Camden on Sun, April 26.
A T-Bucket Hot Rod was headed East on Hwy 34 and a new model Ford Expedition was headed West.
The T-Bucket went into the West bound lane hitting the Expedition head on, says the coroner’s office.
The deceased was identified as 73-year-old Walter Grannen III who was pronounced dead at the scene.
