SCDOT to close Longtown Road over Lake Columbia Dam in Richland County for repairs

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C.(WOLO)– The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) will temporarily close Longtown Road (S-41-1051) in Richland County to repair parts of the Lake Columbia Dam.

SCDOT says work will begin on Monday, May 4 and is expected to be completed by May 22.

Drivers are asked to slow down and pay attention to posted signs and crews when driving through the area.
