Officers respond to shooting on Worthy Drive, Columbia Police says
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia Police officers are responding to a shooting in the 2000 block of Worthy Drive.

CPD says a adult male was shot multiple times, and one individual has been detained in connection with the shooting.
Police also say at this time, there is no ongoing threat to the public.
Investigators are actively working to gather information and process the scene.
The community is asked to avoid the area while officers continue their work.
