Virginia man accused of of soliciting minor for sex in SC

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– The SC Attorney General’s Office says a Virginia man is accused of soliciting a minor for sex and encouraging them to produce child sexual abuse material.

Officials say Michael Mickles, 18, of Fredericksburg, VA is facing two charges related to the sexual exploitation of a minor.

Investigators say Mickles was arrested Sunday.

If convicted officials say he faces up to 30 years in prison.
