SC State announces new commencement speakers

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– ABC now knows who will be delivering the commencement address at South Carolina State University.

Officials say National Alumni Association President Yolanda Williams and Student Government Association President Zaria Tucker will be the keynote speakers at Friday, May 8th’s ceremony.

Lieutenant Governor Pamela Evette had been scheduled to address graduates but was removed following student protests.
