Starbucks cuts corporate jobs
(CNN)– Starbucks is laying off dozens of corporate workers, according to a notice it sent to the Washington State Employment Security Department.
It says the job losses are due to reorganization.
The New York Times reports Starbucks is eliminating 300 roles, and closing four regional offices.
The news follows an announcement in September that the chain was shuttering hundreds of its coffee shops.
