Fort Jackson to hold annual wreath laying ceremony

FORT JACKSON, S.C. (WOLO)– It is Memorial Day and to honor those who gave their lives for our freedom, and Fort Jackson is holding its annual wreath laying ceremony today.

It got underway earlier Monday morning at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery.

The 282nd Army Band is performing and the Fort Jackson Honor Platoon conducted a three-volley salute.
