Prosperity Police investigating Sunday morning party shooting

PROSPERITY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Prosperity Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened at a party Sunday morning, May 24.

According to investigators, witnesses told them an unidentified middle-aged black man was involved in a brief confrontation at the Miller Street Apartments on South Main Street before he fired shots and left the scene.

According to Chief Wesley Palmore, two men were shot and are being treated at a local hospital in stable condition.
