Irmo Fire crews work to put out structure fire

IRMO, S.C. (WOLO)– Irmo Fire and CRFD crews worked together to put out a commercial structure fire on St. Andrews Road, say fire officials.

The fire occurred in the 7000 block of St. Andrews Road in a single level structure that contained several businesses.

One business was heavily damaged, the other three were saved with minimal damage, according to officials.

The businesses were unoccupied at the time of the fire.

There were no injuries, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
