Richland County deputies searching for missing 19-year-old vulnerable adult

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies are searching for a missing 19-year-old vulnerable adult who was last seen at home, say deputies.

RCSD says, Breonna Dubberly was last seen at her home in the 300 block of Whitehurst Way around 11 p.m. on Tues, July 21.

Dubberly is around 5’6″ tall, 195 pounds with curly brown hair, and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing pajamas.

The 19-year-old is believed to be in danger as she is considered a vulnerable adult, according to the sheriff’s dept.

Investigators believe she may have trouble understanding her surroundings, could become easily lost, and is unfamiliar with the Columbia area.

Also, law enforcement believe it may be possible that Dubberly is headed to the Summerville area.
