Claims now open in Apple settlement over alleged false advertising

(CNN)– If you own an iPhone you may be eligible for part of a $250 million class-action settlement related to Siri’s Ai rollout.

Apple was accused of falsely advertising Siri’s advanced features before they were ready.

The tech company denies any wrongdoing.

Customers who purchased an iPhone 15 pro, 15 pro max, or any 16 model between June 2024 and March 2025 can file a claim.

Approved claims could receive up to $95 per device with the average payout around $25.

Claims must be filed by December 21.
