Northbound lanes of I-95 in Clarendon County reopen after multi-vehicle collision shuts down lanes
CLARENDON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Highway patrol says the northbound lanes of I-95 in Clarendon County have been reopened after a multi-vehicle collision on I-95 near the 100 mile marker.
If you’re headed northbound on I-95 continue to use caution and look out for first responders on the scene.
Traffic is beginning to flow once again on Thursday afternoon (October 1, 2026).
SC Highway Patrol also says the southbound lanes remain closed for an extended period of time.
If you’re traveling southbound on I-95 near Lake Marion you will need to seek an alternate route.
SCDOT says a detour is in place beginning at mile marker 102.
SCDOT is working with the SC Dept. of Public Safety and emergency responders to restore travel.
