Newberry Co. deputies assisting Laurens Co. deputies after body found in Waterloo

NEWBERRY COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Newberry County Sheriff’s Office is assisting the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) after a body was found, say deputies.

Deputies say a body was found on Broadway Lane in Waterloo, South Carolina.

The Laurens County Coroner’s Office and the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office will work to establish the identity of the deceased.
