5th Circuit Solicitor Given Patriot Award

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– One of the state’s top attorney’s got a special surprise Thursday morning. A surprise award ceremony was held for 5th Judicial Circuit Solicitor Dan Johnson. Johnson was given the Patriot award today by Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. The Patriot award is given annually to a supervisor who has gone above and beyond to support employees serving in the national guard and the reserves. The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve was established in 1972 to promote cooperation between members of the National Guard and reserves and their civilian employers.
