Victim Dies after Argument, Shooting in Duncan
DUNCAN, S.C. (AP) _ Authorities say that a shooting victim died over the weekend after shots erupted during a backyard argument in Duncan. A news release from the Spartanburg Sheriff’s Office says that deputies went late Friday night to investigate reports of a shooting. Witnesses told investigator that there had been an argument that led to the shooting that wounded the victim. The suspect left the scene in a car while the victim was taken to the hospital. The news release said the victim died early Saturday but the person’s identity wasn’t immediately released. The news release said that police arrested 33-year-old Cameron Glynn Lamb of Duncan on a murder charge. The county jail website listed him as being held Sunday. It was not clear if he had a lawyer.
