2016 Five-Star Recruit Commits to Clemson

The 2016 Clemson football class received a boost Thursday, as one of the nation’s most sought-after linebackers committed to Clemson. 5-star LB Rahshaun Smith gave his commitment to the Tigers. The 6-3, 230-pound linebacker from Bradenton, Florida will graduate in December and is scheduled to be a mid-year enrollee. Smith, who had offers from Alabama, Florida, Florida State, LSU, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State and South Carolina, registered 111 tackles last season
