Area Atty. Charged With Criminal Domestic Violence

Lexington County, SC (WOLO)- An attorney and former Executive Director of The South Carolina Republican Party is charged with criminal domestic violence. Lexington County Sheriff Lewis McCarty says Todd Kincannon was arrested earlier this evening. According to investigators on March 26th Kincannon was involved in an altercation in his car with his wife.
