Replacing South Carolina’s Voting Machines

Columbia, SC (WOLO)- The State Election Commission is looking to replace South Carolina’s decade-old touch screen voting machines. A spokesperson says they are receiving more and more complaints from voters that the touchscreens are slow or not working properly. The new system will cost roughly 40-million dollars and should be in place by 2017.
