Assembly Street to remain closed through Friday for railroad repair

COLUMBIA, S.C., (WOLO) — Norfolk Southern Railroad officials now say Assembly Street will remain closed through tomorrow as they repair the train tracks.

They say the crossings between Catawba and Whaley Streets will reopen tomorrow, along with another crossing between Catawba and Blossom Streets.

Officials say the detour is still at Blossom Street to Huger Street and to Whaley Street.
