Residents at area nursing homes, assisted living facilities get surprise

Area Senior citizens across the state get hand made gifts to brighten their day

Columbia, SC (WOLO) — For those living in nursing home and assisted living facilities the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic has been especially difficult since family members not able to visit.

Thursday senior citizens living at Midlands Health and Rehabilitation received special handmade gifts from prison inmates across the state.
